Bottled.  Lots of mead/honey aroma.  Apple flavor comes through strong.  A little cloudy, but very nice.  Aged a year or so it'll be awesome.  Still slightly sweet too. --[[User:Morrigu|Morrigu]] ([[User talk:Morrigu|talk]]) 19:00, 29 September 2015 (EDT)

Russell Orchards Cyser

  • 1 gallon Russell Orchards Cider
  • 3.5 lbs Russell Orchards Honey
  • Yeast Energizer
  • Yeast Nutrient
  • Red Star Cuvee Yeast

Brought the cider to a boil and reduced a bit. Added honey and dissolved. Activated yeast in 100F water for 20 minutes. Added energizer and nutrient to must. Pitched at 85F. -Morrigu 8 October 2014
