The Chief fumbles through his file cabinet. After some difficulty, he finally pulls out a manilla folder marked, "New Candidates."
"Well then," he notes, "let's see the new blood." He thumbs through a few entries. "Probably want a good mix of enforcers, informants, negotiators, and infiltrators. Oh, and a good leader, of course."
