Changed my mind. I'm going to make a chocolate stout this time, and will work on the big beer after that.
- 6.6 lbs. (2 cans) dark lme
- Wyeast 1098 British Ale "smack pack"
- 1 oz. spalt hops pellets
- 1 oz. kent golding hops pellets
- 3 oz roasted cocoa nibs
- 2 oz black patent malt
- 8 oz chocolate malt
- about another pound of malt
- 5 oz. priming sugar
