Changed my mind. I'm going to make a chocolate stout this time, and will work on the big beer after that.
- 3.3 lbs. (1 cans) light lme
- 3.3 lbs. (1 can) dark lme
- White Labs WLP 002
- 1 oz. spalt hops pellets
- 1 oz. kent golding hops pellets
- 3 oz roasted cocoa nibs
- 8 oz chocolate malt
- 8 oz roasted barley
- 8 oz crystal 90 malt
- 5 oz. priming sugar
