Also known as: Things we wish our roommates would do because not doing them pisses us off.
- The fridge and freezer are storage.
- Do not store things in items used for eating (bowls, cups, etc.)
- Do not eat someone else's leftovers (w/o asking them first.)
- Leave a sharpie in the kitchen. With tape. Name & Date your leftovers w/ this.
- Corrolary: Don't put the tape through the dishwasher.
- Get cleared by Morrigu on how to properly load the dish washer.
- When unloading the dish washer, put everything away. If you don't know where something goes, ask.
- Corrolary: Don't leave clean dishes out. No one else can tell if they're clean or not.
- If you want to recycle something, wash it first.
- Wash special items (good knives, cutting boards, stemware) yourself immediately after use.
- Crush/Flatten boxes before recycling them
- Dirty dishes go either in the sink, or on the butchers block near the sink. If it's a glass, it does not go in the sink. Process of elimination should tell you where it goes. Also, if both spaces are full, wash some dishes.
- Corrolary: If a dirty dish is out and it's not one of these two places, it's harder to tell for sure that it's dirty.
