Welcome to this week's edition of Summaries
Welcome to Summaries, the program where we tell the trials and tribulations of various adventuring parties. We've gained an extremely accurate story using our patented information gathering techniques. We'll let you guess how much is real and how much isn't.
(Warning: Dramatization. Events may be exaggerated to increase dramatic effect.)
This week we continue our look into The Longest Road, a group of adventures bent on finding the Dragon Orbs. As we join our crew, they are en route to the home of our good friend, "That Old Man." Some of you may know him better as "Mr. Sucker Bait", "The End of Many Adventurers" and probably a few more know him by his real name.
In the astral plane, a shocking discovery! One of Querca's old friends was on their astral ship, dead! His true name is quite long, so we will call him Fire Ender. Fire Ender and Querca were Tremen defenders of the same grove. Written into his bark was grave news:
A Demon lord named Pazuzu struck our grove with a pack of green dragons! He has captured our great leader and the black orb we were protecting against harm! It is up to you and your friends to to reclaim the orb and sanctify our grove before the invaders leave!

Summaries act 2: It's all in the mind
Our adventurers reached "That Old Man"'s house and were in for quite a surprise. Oraine had some family business to take of and left early. Tribal warfare? Passing of an old mentor? We'll cover that next episode folks! Ezel got a puppy from his mother-just what he wanted, right? He may look like he's frowning but I'm sure he's happy deep down inside.
While "That Old Man" sent a scroll to Freehaven (See episode 10 --ed) he told them of a strange visitor who needed their help. Michael's Mother was bedridden, trying to fight off the curse that was trying to turn her into a demon. She was losing the struggle but with Michael's help and this strange device "That Old Man" had, Michael and his friends could enter her mind and help her fight off the curse.
Only living creatures could use the device, so poor Ezel had to sit by and watch. Michael, Sil and his friends though entered his mother's mind. They could fight the curse directly, but the curse could affect them too. So they went through various stages of Demonism, growing batwings, hooves and horns. Ladies, Evil Michael is still single! They eventually fight off the curse and lead Michael's mother on the road to recovery. Awww, how sweet!
Back to the grove: It seems Pazuzu is using the grove as his base on the material plane! He has an army of green dragons at his command, and he is using a black orb to attract black dragons to his grove! It would take a team of dedicated adventurers to infiltrate the base, defeat the guards, reclaim the orbs and save the grove! Would The Longest Road be up to the task? Stay tuned to find out!

Summaries Act 3: Think before you move
The team approached the grove and saw devastation. The forest land had been torn, corpses lay everywhere, the stench of corruption hung heavily. The team knew they would need help and information order to pull this off. Querca used her powers to travel from tree to shrub to bush, asking them for the layout of the land.
Sil used her dragon-finding powers to find the exact number and type of dragons in the area. All green or black dragons but one black dragon was still free of the orb's control! She went to meet the remaining black dragon. Her poor children and her mate were captured and turned against their will by enemy forces. Sil and the black dragon put aside their differences and the dragon agreed to help her out as a distraction.
As final preparation, Querca takes a nap to renew her spells and pray for success. The plan: sneak in at the dead of night, while Pazuzu is away. Grab the orb and recruit the dragons for use in the jailbreak. If caught, use the free black dragon to create a distraction and stall for extra time.
