Attack

Attack Combat Value 8 (6 natural + 2 Attack Combat Mastery bonus)

You have 2 attacks per round.

Spikes: +9 to hit bonus. If you hit, deal 15 damage.

Blind Fighting: You are not penalized for using melee attacks or defenses while in the dark, or against invisible opponents.

Combat Technique, Critical Strike: When you roll a 12, you deal double damage. If you exceed the defense roll by 12, you deal triple damage. If you exceed the defense by 18, you deal quadruple damage.

Combat Technique, Concealment: You can easily hide your spikes on your body by retracting them. You can aslo hide other weapons on yourself. They can only be found with a physical search, and the investigator takes a -6 penalty.

Defense

Defense Combat Value 6

Regeneration 15: You recover from 15 points of damage every round, unless you're dead...nah that didn't stop you in 1749 when you...argh it's happening again!

You're also OK if you wind up clinically "dead" but not brain dead. That pisses off many assassins.

Reincarnation, 12 hours: By the way, if you're actually "killed," you tend to resurface somewhere else in the world after about half a day or so. Ms Wand has your essence on speed-dial in case it happens again. The comic publishers love when that happens, by the way. It's a free plot arc.

Mind Shield 6: Few people have managed to get inside your head. You have an effective +6 bonus to defense rolls when people try to use mental combat. You can tell when someone uses Telepathy or Mind Control. Even if you are hit, you ignore the first 60 points of mental damage.

Movement

Glider, 10 kph

By ejecting several skinny spines along your arms, you can glide! Remember in the 90s, when you would spend nights patrolling Manhattan Island and your days asleep? Wait, no. You can glide on currents of air.

Special Movement, Wall Crawling

You can stick to ceilings or climb up walls as if they were the ceiling or floor. Of course, it does leave a mark as you use your spikes for traction, but...meh.

Special Movement, Slithering

You can slither along the ground at the same speed you would walk or run. This lets you keep a low profile while on the ground, or wall, or ceiling. Spuder-dude was pissed about this, but he couldn't sue.

Defects

Well, everyone has problems. No point trying to hide from them.

Famous(the bad kind)

You're pretty famous. Well actually, you're really famous. You've told Hollywood they can use your image anyway they want without paying you. So now there's The Slash cartoon, The Slash gameshow, The Slash midday drama, and of course, The Slash comic. Uh, 6 variants of the comic book.

Going into public, it's not too bad. Except when you need some privacy. And when comic geeks claim they know you better than you know you. Like in Issue #278 of The Incredible Slash when you fell from a ten-story fall and landed intact...NO that hurt. Like heck.

Who am I, again?

You don't remember much before joining the Justice Squad. Er, forming the Justice Squad. Remember, you asked the five others to team up with you to help the world. And a few years later, you asked Victory to help organize all the world's heroes together in the mansion to form the Super Justice Squadron - or was it Super Justice Squad? Ah, whatever.

Before the Justice Squad, though, you don't remember a thing. Sometimes your dreams show weird stuff (Spanish-American war? Early 1900s Japan? 15th century France?) Gah.

Heightened Awareness: You get a +4 bonus to situational awareness. Noticing an ambush, finding hidden objects, and the like...Why do you say "something doesn't smell right" when you notice it, though?

Heightened Senses: You get a +4 bonus to scent checks. Your sense of smell is greatly amplified.
