Manicotti recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp melted butter or 2 tbsp olive oil

Make like crepes. Makes 15ish crepes

Filling:

  • ricotta cheese
  • parmesan cheese
  • grated mozzarella
  • 2 eggs for 32ish oz of ricotta
  • a splash of red sauce

Mix together

To assemble:

Put some sauce in a glass pan. Fill crepes with small amount of filling, 1-2 tablespoons. Roll them up and lay in pan, edge down. Once pan is filled, cover with sauce and then some parmesan on top.

Bake for half an hour at 350 degrees. Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve
