Freeze Vision

Firing Freeze Vision, you can encase your target in a giant ice cube.
You get a +9 to hit bonus. If hit, your target takes 12 damage and is sealed in ice. The target cannot move, uses physical attacks with a -3 penalty, and cannot perform complicated gestures. They can break free if they deal 15 damage to the cube.
Defense

Armor 10: You ignore the first 10 points of damage from any attack, unless the attack is armor penetrating.
Special Defense: You can survive in no-pressure environments (like space!) without a suit. You can also survive in incredibly crushing pressures, like the bottom of the ocean. Also you're immune to poisons. You still need to eat and breathe.
Divine Relationship
Level 2: Lady luck is on your side. Any time you make a bad roll (on ANY check, not just defense,) you can reject the results and roll again. You can do this up to 2 times.
Movement
Flight, 100 kph (about 62 mph): Up and at them! You can fly without restriction. Vertical take off/landings, hover in place, turn on a dime are no problems for you. You're still working on breaking the speed limit, though.
Alternate Identity
DaSoup works at a daily newspaper, dressed as mild-mannered reporter Kent Peterson. He is positive no one can see through his expert disguise!

Bane
Mayonite is a mysterious substance that you are weak to. It is said your archnemesis synthesized it from a tub of mayonnaise. No one else seems affected by it, though. If it is within ten meters of you, you will take 30 damage per round (bypasses armor.) If you touch it directly, it deals 60 points of damage per round.
