Don't forget to add the Attack Combat Value on top of the damage the table gives.

Archery: When firing from a crossbow, roll under a 9 to hit. When firing from a bow, roll under a 10 to hit.

Special Ranged Attack: Lightning Booyah is very accurate. Roll under a 12 to hit with it.

Special Attacks

Lightning Booyah level 5

Indirect, Effects Area (5m radius), Armor Penetration (20 Armor), 40 Damage

Causes a bolt of lightning to drop from above and zap your target, as well as anyone within 5 meters of the blast (they take less damage.) Elves are not bound by restrictions like ceilings, so it even works indoors! It will also ignore 20 points of armor.

You do not need line of sight to fire Lightning Booyah. If someone relays the position to you, you can attack with a -2 penalty. If you cannot "see" the attacker in anyway, you take a total -8 penalty to the attack.

Defense

Defense Combat Value: 6

Ranged Defense: Against ranged attacks, roll under a 7 to dodge attacks. If you are protecting yourself personally, roll under an 8 to dodge attacks.

Special Defense, Age: You age very slowly (and gracefully, might I add.)

Forcefield 20 hp, detectable, area 10m: You can raise a magic barrier to protect yourself and your friends (10 m radius.) It is visible and audible, so it's obvious when you raise it. When an attack deals more than 20 damage to it, the field will shut down for one round to regenerate strength.

Movement

Teleport, 1 km, 10 targets

You and up to 10 adjacent targets (or 500kg, whichever comes first) can teleport up to 1 kilometer away. You must know the destination well to teleport (ie, you've seen it before.) You (and only you) can teleport to your home tower whenever you desire.

Flight 10 kph (~6.2 mph)

You can manuever yourself through midair with ease. Turning, stopping, hover is no problem for you. Flight itself however is slooooooow.

Features

Elves are naturally beautiful. Oh, how others wish they were as beautiful as you. That cosplay website Victory showed you a week ago was quite disturbing.

Defects

Even a High Elf (yes there are subbreeds, don't ask you wouldn't understand) has problems. And by problems I mean things humans can barely comprehend!

Nemesis

Drazzle mah Nazzle is the most annoying person ever. He looks like a medium-build dark elf, with silver hair. He is a skilled stalker and annoys you at the worst times. Usually he says something stupid like "ur hot" or he blows your cover. Sometimes he can interrupt your spells by saying something so mind-numbing you waste 10 minutes trying to parse it.

Even if you blast him, he manages to come back later. He's a strange one. Is he an elf? He's kinda cute for...ahem.

Easily Distracted (Magical Artifacts)

Magic tomes, Mystical artifacts, Long forgotten eldritch races tickle your fancy. And to find them outside of the magitower is such a rare occurence. You simply MUST know everything about it right now! No one else understands how important it is. Distractions like "It's a trap, don't pick it up" and "we're in the middle of a fight here!" don't work on you.

Marked (Ears)

You have long, pointy Elven ears. Victory complains that they're hard to conceal, but screw him.

Famous

Not only are you an Elf, you're a superhero. People worship you around the world. Good thing you have a magical tower to retreat to, huh?
